The Lineage

Learn from a Century-Old Tradition

My teacher, Kumar Pallana was born in a small village outside of Bombay, India in 1918. He started to practice yoga around 1924 and started his acrobatic training at the age of 6. By the age of 13 he was known as the master of the handstands and later became one of the top acrobats/performers in the world, receiving recognition from the movie "The Terminal" (Spielberg) and many more.

Carlos Mendez is his direct student, continuing this lineage of excellence in handstand training. Through this method, students around the world now have access to these time-tested techniques.
