Introduction to the Handstand
This workshop has been presented in over 15 countries around the world and teaches handstand techniques rooted in a lineage that dates back to the late 1800s.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique, this workshop builds confidence through focus on the breath, attention and movement. Anyone is welcome regardless of experience, especially beginners.
The 3 Week Handstand Immersion
This comprehensive three-week program meets twice weekly (Wednesday and Saturday) and covers handstand entrances, strength-building techniques, and provides homework assignments for practice between sessions.
Students can expect significant change in their progress through this dedicated immersion format. Perfect for those ready to commit to a transformative practice.
Yoga Inversions
This workshop covers the four main inversions: supported headstand, tripod headstand, forearm balance, and handstands. Learn a stepwise progression designed to help you overcome fear and build confidence.
Each inversion is broken down into its fundamental components, allowing students to progress safely at their own pace while building the strength and awareness needed for each pose.
Principles of Balance
This workshop is designed around the principle that balance requires attention, breath, and awareness. Perfect for students working on standing poses and preparing for basic inversions and arm balances.

Arm Balances
This workshop covers Crow Pose (Bakasana), 8 Angle Pose, Forearm Balance, Peacock Pose, and Handstands. Learn proper breath techniques, attention practices, and hand placement for each pose.
Each arm balance builds upon fundamental principles, creating a comprehensive understanding of how to use your hands, your body, breath to find lightness in these challenging poses.
