A Journey of Dedication

I started practicing yoga in my late 20s after going down the stressful path of starting my own company, partying, and other unhealthy habits. After realizing my body needed this Yoga stuff, my journey led me to my teachers Jeffry Farrell and Kumar Pallana, one of the world's most accomplished acrobatic entertainers with a lineage stretching back nearly a century.

Under Kumar's guidance, I learned not just the physical techniques, but the philosophy behind the practice — that anyone, regardless of age or experience, can learn to balance on their hands with the right approach and dedication. What he called a "system".

Today, I've traveled the world sharing this method with students of all levels. My workshops and retreats have reached over 30 studios across more than 15 countries, from Europe to Asia to the Americas.

The Teaching Philosophy

No Rush, No Pressure

Every student progresses at their own pace regardless of age, experience and physical limitations. There's no competition, no comparison — just your desire to learn.

Foundation First

Building a strong foundation is more important than achieving advanced poses quickly. We focus on the fundamentals that create a strong handstand.

Supportive Community

Learning happens best in a supportive environment. My workshops create a space where students can learn from others' journeys as well.
